木伊勢守ナト何レモ一家ノ者共 忠昌公エ願申上候而
被召出候右之願申上候一類共ノ子孫于今江戸御旗本ニ
相勤罷有候治郎大夫儀 権現様エ相勤候節御一字被下
康氏ト申候其上御厚恩之儀共有之ニ付当地 東照宮御
建立之節石灯籠奉献于今有之候 忠昌公御代大坂表ノ
働之儀御尋ニ付書付指上候写于今所持仕候

【右丁】
木伊勢守などいずれも一家の者たちが忠昌公へ願い申し上げて
召し出された。右の願い申し上げた一類たちの子孫は今も江戸御旗本に
勤めている。治郎大夫については、権現様に仕えた際に御一字を下され
康氏と申した。その上御厚恩のことどもがあったため、当地東照宮御
建立の節に石灯籠を奉献し、今もある。忠昌公の御代に大坂表での
働きについて御尋ねがあったため書付を差し上げた写しを今も所持している。

寛永十三丙子年（1636年）跡知を下された
山田伊織正好《生国加賀》
父房正が浪人の間、加賀国に暫く在住していた間に出生したため、同国にいた
一類たちの方に預け置き、御家への出仕を願い申し上げ、当国へ
召し寄せて嫡子に立てた。

-ki Ise-no-kami and others, all family members, petitioned Lord Tadamasa and
were summoned. The descendants of these relatives who made the petition still serve today as direct retainers (hatamoto) in Edo.
Regarding Jirōdayū, when he served Gongen-sama, he was granted one character and
was called Yasuuji. Moreover, due to the various acts of great benevolence, when the local Tōshōgū shrine was
built, he donated stone lanterns which remain to this day. During Lord Tadamasa's reign, when inquiries were made about
his actions at Osaka, he submitted a written report, a copy of which is still held.
