同御代宝永六年己丑年（1709年）再び召し返される
現在 巌田宗七正武《生国越前｜実は七左衛門正次の実子又八郎の子である》
祖父正次の実子又八が早世し、正次が亡くなった際、正武が幼少であったため重
堅を養子として家督を立てた。これにより重堅もまた正武を養子とした。正武は
最初別に召し出されて相勤めていたところ、養父重堅に事情があって御暇を下された際、
正武も一緒に御暇を下されたが、再び召し返された。
