黄疸論
○黄疸（わうだん）とは身体（しんたい）面目（めんもく）爪甲（つめ）汗（あせ）小便（せうへん）に至（いたる）まて尽（こと〳〵く）黄（き）
色（いろ）になる病（やまひ）なり或（あるひ）は寒熱（かんねつ）身（み）疼（いたみ）或（あるひ）は渇（かはき）き【衍ゕ】嘔吐（をうと）
する事あり五疸（こだん）とて五種（こしゆ）九疸（きうたん）とて九種（くしゆ）の品（しな）あり
丹渓の説（せつ）に疸症（たんしやう）は皆（みな）湿熱（しつねつ）なり黄色（きいろ）を発（はつ）するは麯（かうじ）
を盫（ねせ）て黄色（きいろ）を為（なす）ことくなりといへり脾（ひ）は中央（ちうわう）の土（つち）
に属（ぞく）して其色（そのいろ）黄（き）なり湿熱（しつねつ）脾胃（ひゐ）に滞（とゝこほる）ゆへに其（その） 本色（ほんしよく）

黄疸論
○黄疸とは身体・顔面・爪・汗・小便に至るまですべてが黄色になる病気である。ある時は寒熱や身体の痛み、ある時は喉の渇きや嘔吐することがある。五疸として五種類、九疸として九種類の分類がある。
丹渓の説によると、疸症はすべて湿熱である。黄色を発するのは麹を発酵させて黄色になるようなものであるという。脾は中央の土に属してその色は黄である。湿熱が脾胃に滞るため、その本来の色

が現れるのである。およそこの病気になる原因は多いといえども、ただ大量に酒を飲むことによってこれを引き起こすことが特に非常に多い。五疸の内に酒疸という一種がある。金匱要略によると、心中が懊憹して熱し、食事することができず、時に吐こうとするのを酒疸と名付ける。
また酒黄疸は小便が出ず、心中が熱し、足下が熱する。また酒黄疸はある時は熱がなく静かに話し、下腹部が満ちて吐こうとして鼻が乾く。
また酒疸をこれを下すと、久しくして黒疸となり、目が青く顔が黒く、心中でにんにくを噛むような感じがし、大便が黒く、皮膚を爪で引っかいても感覚がない。また黄疸の病気は十八日を期限とし、十日以上で治るであろう。
