して悶える。意が言うには「熱蹶である。病はこれを酒を飲んで大いに酔ったことに得た」と。安陽武都里の成開方という人は自分では病気はないと思っていた。意はこれに謂って「病沓風を患うであろう。病はこれを度々酒を飲んで大風の気を受けることに得た」と言った。その伝中で病を治すことを論ずる者は都合二十五人である。うち五人は右の酒に因って引き起こされた病である。今から数百年以前の前漢の時でさえも世間の病人の五分の一は酒に因るのであれば、後世はなお知るべきである。しかれども彼の倉公はよく病が酒に因ることを知っている。今の世にはそのような病をする者がいても
