現代語訳
会津へ下向することについて願いの通り御相手の
勤めを免じて下され、御座の間において
懇ろなお言葉を頂戴し、御前にて絹一
疋を下し置かれた
ただし右の勤務中、御納戸払いの御品を両度
下し置かれたが、その品物は詳細不明である
一 延享二年（1745年）五月、書物御用を
仰せ付けられたところ良く出来たため、御褒美として絹
一疋を下し置かれた事
一 宝暦六年（1756年）十二月、親の願いの通り御番
代を仰せ付けられ、諏方伊助組へ入り
御城御番を相勤めた事
一 同七年（1757年）四月、跡式の御知行百石を
相違なく下し置かれた事
一 明和元年（1764年）正月、頭の諏方伊助が御番
代になったため、跡の御役として沼津権兵衛組に移った事
一 同五年（1768年）十一月、頭の沼津権兵衛が御番代になったため
跡の御役として一瀬内記組に移った事
一 同八年（1771年）八月、願いの通り息子の甚九郎が御

Regarding his departure to Aizu, as requested, he was relieved of his duties as companion, and in the formal audience chamber received gracious words, and was granted one roll of silk before his lord.
However, during the aforementioned service, he was granted items from the lord's storehouse on two occasions, but the details of these items are unclear.
- In the 5th month of Enkyō 2 (1745), he was appointed to document duties, and as he performed well, he was granted one roll of silk as a reward.
- In the 12th month of Hōreki 6 (1756), as requested by his father, he was appointed as substitute guard and entered Suwa Isuke's unit to serve as castle guard.
- In the 4th month of the 7th year (1757), he was granted his inherited stipend of 100 koku without any reduction.
- In the 1st month of Meiwa 1 (1764), when captain Suwa Isuke became substitute guard, he was transferred to serve under Numazu Gonbei's unit in the succeeding role.
- In the 11th month of the 5th year (1768), when captain Numazu Gonbei became substitute guard, he was transferred to serve under Ichinose Naiki's unit in the succeeding role.
- In the 8th month of the 8th year (1771), as requested, his son Jinkurō was appointed as substitute guard.
