御目見えを仰せ付けられた件

仰せ付けられ、一瀬内記組にて御城御番を勤めた件
一、安永四年（1775年）七月、甚九郎と改名したい
旨を願い出て許可された件
一、同八年（1779年）三月、頭の一瀬内記が御役替えになったため、跡の
御役が西郷源蔵となった件
一、天明元年（1781年）十一月、病身となったため親の
願いの通り退嫡を仰せ付けられた件
一、文化十四年（1817年）三月三日、七十三歳で病死、

One: In the 3rd month of the same 8th year (1779), when head Ichinose Naiki was transferred, Saigō Genzō took over his position
One: In the 11th month of Tenmei 1 (1781), having become ill, he was granted disinheritance as requested by his father
One: On the 3rd day of the 3rd month of Bunka 14 (1817), he died of illness at age 73, Buddhist name Shinshō-in Enmyō Nichigen, burial site same as above
