現代語訳
一、同四年（天明四年、1784年）八月、跡式御知行百石を相違なく
下し置かれた件
一、同七年（天明七年、1787年）十月、御小性を
仰せ付けられた件
一、同月、甚吾と改名したい旨の願いを許可された
件
一、同年十二月、曽祖父が拝領した夏冬の
御召物で御紋の付いた品を着用したい旨の願いを
許可された件
一、同八年【申年か】（天明八年、1788年）三月、御参勤に付き
御跡番として登った
ただし、この後は御上下の度毎に御先
番・御跡番として登ることとなった件
一、同年七月、御召下げの御品として、思し召しをもって
御紋の御単物一つを下し置かれた件

分を下し置かれた件
一、寛政二年（1790年）四月、御参勤の

One: In the 8th month of the same 4th year (Tenmei 4, 1784), he was granted his hereditary stipend of 100 koku without alteration
One: In the 10th month of the same 7th year (Tenmei 7, 1787), he was appointed as a page (goshō)
One: In the same month, his request to change his name to Jingo was approved
One: In the 12th month of the same year, his request to wear summer and winter ceremonial garments with the lord's crest that had been granted to his great-grandfather was approved
One: In the 3rd month of the same 8th year [possibly Saru year] (Tenmei 8, 1788), he went up to serve as rear guard (go-atoban) for the lord's journey to Edo
However, from this point forward, he would go up to serve as both advance guard and rear guard for every journey to and from Edo
One: In the 7th month of the same year, by the lord's gracious will, he was granted one ceremonial garment with the lord's crest as a bestowed item
One: In the 12th month of the same year, by the lord's gracious will, he was granted one ryō and one bu of gold
One: In the 4th month of Kansei 2 (1790), regarding the formal gratitude expressed for the lord's journey to Edo, as he performed his duties well in provisioning when there were guests, he received special
