罷下候事
一同年十月御用被 仰付江戸表へ
罷登候
但以後 御滞府之節ハ御用被
仰付度々往来仕候事
一同七卯年四月 御道中御膳
番假役被 仰付候事
一同月御召古之御品郡内嶋御単物
思召を以被下置候事
一同月当 御参府 御出之節
毎度壱人宛御供可相勤旨寸志申出々精
相勤候ニ付為御褒《見せ消ち：員｜美》銀子壱枚被下置
候事
一同年五月 御下向御供仕罷下候
但以後度々 御道中御供仕候

一同月御膳番仮役被 仰付候事
一同八辰年三月御用紙取計方宜致
減方も相見候ニ付御酒被下置之旨於

現代語訳
下向した件
一、同年十月、御用を仰せ付けられて江戸表へ
上り候
但し、以後御滞府の節には御用を
仰せ付けられ、度々往来仕った件
一、同七年（寛政七年、1795年）四月、御道中御膳
番仮役を仰せ付けられた件
一、同月、御召古の御品、郡内縞の御単物を
思し召しをもって下し置かれた件
一、同月、当御参府御出の節に
毎度一人ずつ御供を相勤めるべき旨を寸志申し出で、出精して
相勤めたに付き、御褒美として銀子一枚を下し置かれた
件
一、同年五月、御下向の御供を仕って下向した
但し、以後度々御道中の御供を仕った

一、同八年（寛政八年、1796年）三月、御用紙取計方をよく致し、
