現代語訳
一、享和元年（1801年）正月、思し召しをもって金一両を下し置かれた件
一、同年七月、御下向の御役を宜しく致したに付き、御酒を下し置かれる旨を御用人所において仰せ渡された件
一、同月、平日出精を致し且つ出入四年皆勤を致したに付き、御褒美として麻の御上下一具を御用人所において下し置かれた件
一、同二年（享和二年、1802年）九月、先達って江戸表において不勤多く御人少の節に出精して相勤めたに付き、御酒を下し置かれる旨を御用人所において仰せ渡された件
一、同年十月、御召下げの御品、只の御紋の御小袖一つ、小紋の御裏一つ、御帯一筋を思し召しをもって下し置かれた件

One: In the 7th month of the same year, as he performed well in his duties during the lord's return journey, he was informed at the office of the chief retainer that he would be granted sake
One: In the same month, as he worked diligently on regular days and maintained perfect attendance for four years, he was granted one set of hemp kamishimo (formal court dress) as a reward at the office of the chief retainer
One: In the 9th month of the same 2nd year (Kyōwa 2, 1802), as he had previously worked diligently during a period when there were many absences and staff shortages at Edo, he was informed at the office of the chief retainer that he would be granted sake
One: In the 10th month of the same year, by gracious consideration he was granted cast-off lord's clothing - one kosode with plain crest, one small-patterned lining, and one obi sash
