一、元禄元年（1688年）秋、勤番として江戸表へ上り、翌巳年（元禄二年）に下った件
一、同三年（1690年）春、勤番として江戸表へ上り、同秋に下った件
一、同六年（1693年）冬、勤番として江戸表へ上り、翌戌年（元禄七年）春に下った件
一、同十年（1697年）四月、御供として立ち帰りのため上った件
ただし、その後持病で脱肛があり、馬の乗り降りができなくなったため、願いの通り勤番を免除された件
一、宝永四年（1707年）《月は不詳》願いの通り役職を免除され、小普請料を差し上げて養生した件
一、正徳四年（1714年）九月六日、七十三歳で病死
法名は法誉秋円居士、葬所は加納山願成就寺

One: In the autumn of Genroku 1 (1688), he went up to Edo for guard duty and returned in the following Mi year (Genroku 2)

However, afterward he suffered from a chronic condition of rectal prolapse and became unable to mount and dismount horses, so his guard duty was exempted as requested
One: In Hōei 4 (1707) [month unknown], his official duties were exempted as requested, and he received ko-bushin allowance for recuperation
One: On the 6th day of the 9th month of Shōtoku 4 (1714), he died of illness at the age of 73
His posthumous Buddhist name was Hōyo Shūen Koji, buried at Ganshōju-ji temple on Mount Kanō
