仰せ付けられた件
一、延享元年（1744年）九月、恭定様の御懐守を仰せ付けられ、十五石三人扶持に成し下し置かれた件
一、同二年（1745年）《月は詳らかでない》辛労したため、年々絹一疋ずつ下し置かれる旨を仰せ出された件
一、寛延元年（1748年）三月、恭定様が御登城された際、お供として勤番のため登城し、御道中精を出して相勤めた段を仰せ出された件
一、同年七月、常詰御懐守を仰せ付けられた件
一、寛延三年（1750年）九月、改名し御近習番と成し替えられる旨を仰せ出された件
一、宝暦二年（1752年）六月、山川波江弟治部の養子にしたい旨を願いのまま任された件
一、同年七月十七日、五十歳にて病死、法名は孝山良忠居士、葬所は江戸青松寺の中の青岸院

One: In the 9th month of Enkyō 1 (1744), he was appointed as personal attendant (懐守) to Lord Kyōtei and granted a stipend of 15 koku and provisions for 3 retainers
One: In Enkyō 2 (1745) [month unknown], due to his diligent service, he was granted one bolt of silk annually as announced
One: In the 3rd month of Kan'en 1 (1748), when Lord Kyōtei made his formal visit to Edo, he accompanied him as duty guard and was commended for his diligent service during the journey
One: In the 7th month of the same year, he was appointed as regular personal attendant
One: In the 9th month of Kan'en 3 (1750), it was announced that his title was changed to御近習番 (personal attendant guard)
One: In the 6th month of Hōreki 2 (1752), his request to adopt Yamakawa Namie's younger brother Jibu as his heir was granted
One: On the 17th day of the 7th month of the same year, he died of illness at age 50. His posthumous Buddhist name was Kōzan Ryōchū Koji, and he was buried at Seiganjin within Seishōji Temple in Edo
