現代語訳
子の御肩衣・御小袖・御帷子・御上下等の御召物を拝領、度々下し置かれた件
一、同五年（1755年）二月
貫綜院様が御逝去され、御入用が無くなったため、会津勝手小番に仰せ付けられ、元の席へお返しになる旨仰せ出された件
ただし御遺物として蕨手御紋の御召物類品々を下し置かれたが、御品は詳細不明である件
一、同七年（1757年）九月、勤番のため江戸表へ登り、翌寅年三月に帰参した件
一、明和三年（1766年）九月、山形の御城破損の見分のため、公儀御代官衆が御越しになったことに付き、御給仕のため御用立として帰参を仰せ付けられた件
一、同四年（1767年）三月、御代官を仰せ付けられた件
一、同年四月、席は吟味頭の次、御近習番の上に成し下し置かれた件
一、同月、宇兵衛と改名したい旨を願いのまま任された件

Items of clothing including child's kataginu (sleeveless jacket), kosode (small-sleeved kimono), katabira (summer kimono), kamishimo (formal dress) etc. were bestowed repeatedly.
One: In the 2nd month of the same 5th year (1755)
Upon the passing of Lord Kansōin, as his services were no longer needed, he was appointed to Aizu Katte Koban and returned to his original position as announced.
Note: As memorial items, various garments with bracken-fern crests were granted, but the details of these items are unclear.
One: In the 9th month of the same 7th year (1757), he went up to Edo for guard duty and returned in the 3rd month of the following Tiger year.
One: In the 9th month of Meiwa 3 (1766), when government inspectors came to assess damage to Yamagata Castle, he was ordered to return to assist with their reception.
One: In the 3rd month of the same 4th year (1767), he was appointed as deputy magistrate.
One: In the 4th month of the same year, his court rank was placed next to the investigation chief and above the personal attendant guards.
One: In the same month, his request to change his name to Uheē was granted.
One: In the 9th month of the same 5th year (1768), he was granted Miyake Gonhachi's upper residence.
