一明和六丑年十二月近年差掛り候御入方有之節地下米金調達之儀精出
御急用相凌候ニ付為御褒美綿弐把被下置候事
一安永五申年十一月御内証御差支
ニ付元〆方急調達之筋臨時之御用
精出相勤候ニ付為御褒美綿弐把被
下置候旨被 仰出候事
一同年十二月年来出精相勤候ニ付
外様組付被 仰付只今迄之通
御代官兼務ニ相勤候様被 仰付候
但上田八郎右衛門組へ被 入置候事
一同八亥年二月差懸り候調達金
致出精御取立最中別而致勤労候ニ
付為御褒美綿弐把被下置候事
一天明六午年七月地下窮民御救
之為被下候品差延置候儀ニ付御代官
被 召上組付被 召放候事
一同七未年十一月席猪苗代士之
次組外士之上ニ被 仰付候事

役名一番組御家老附寄合組ニ被成

一、明和六年（1769年）十二月、近年差し迫った御入用がある節に、地下米金調達の件で精を出し、御急用を凌いだことに付き、御褒美として綿二把を下し置かれた件
一、安永五年（1776年）十一月、御内証の御差支えに付き、元締方急調達の筋の臨時御用で精を出して相勤めたことに付き、御褒美として綿二把を下し置かれる旨仰せ出された件
一、同年十二月、年来出精して相勤めたことに付き、外様組付を仰せ付けられ、只今まで通り御代官兼務にて相勤める様仰せ付けられた件
ただし上田八郎右衛門組へ入れ置かれた件
一、同八年（1779年）二月、差し迫った調達金を精を出して御取立て最中、別して勤労したことに付き、御褒美として綿二把を下し置かれた件
一、天明六年（1786年）七月、地下窮民御救いのために下された品を差し延べ置いた件に付き、御代官を召し上げられ、組付を召し放たれた件
一、同七年（1787年）十一月、席は猪苗代士の次、組外士の上に仰せ付けられた件
一、同八年（1788年）三月、席はこれまで通りにて、役名は一番組御家老附寄合組に成された件

【Written in red ink】Diary
One: In the 12th month of Meiwa 6 (1769), during recent times of pressing financial needs, he worked diligently on procuring rice and money from commoners, helping to overcome urgent financial difficulties, and for this he was awarded two bundles of cotton as a reward.
One: In the 11th month of An'ei 5 (1776), due to private financial difficulties, he worked diligently on emergency duties related to urgent procurement by the head office, and for this he was announced to receive two bundles of cotton as a reward.
One: In the 12th month of the same year, for his years of diligent service, he was appointed to the external retainer group and ordered to continue serving concurrently as deputy magistrate as before.
Note: He was placed in Ueda Hachirozaemon's group.
One: In the 2nd month of the same 8th year (1779), while working diligently on urgent fund collection, he labored exceptionally hard, and for this he was awarded two bundles of cotton as a reward.
One: In the 7th month of Tenmei 6 (1786), due to delaying the distribution of relief goods intended for impoverished commoners, he was stripped of his deputy magistrate position and dismissed from his group assignment.
One: In the 11th month of the same 7th year (1787), his court rank was set as next to Inawashiro retainers and above non-group retainers.
One: In the 3rd month of the same 8th year (1788), his court rank remained as before, but his role title became First Group Elder's Attendant Council Group.
