一、同十二年（1800年）三月、数十年相勤め、息子の勇右衛門も精を出して相勤めていることに付き、頭の三宅半之丞が願いの通り、息子勇右衛門を御序の節に御目見を仰せ付けられる旨を仰せ出された件
一、享和二年（1802年）十二月、願いの通り御擬作を召し上げられた件
一、文化三年（1806年）六月六日、八十二歳にて病死。法名は証学院法誉了心居士。葬所は同上。

One: In the 3rd month of the same 12th year (1800), having served for several decades, and his son Yūemon also serving diligently, head Miyake Hannosuke made a request that was granted - that his son Yūemon be permitted an audience with the lord at an appropriate occasion.
One: In the 12th month of Kyōwa 2 (1802), his request was granted and he was relieved of his provisional duties.
One: On the 6th day, 6th month of Bunka 3 (1806), he died of illness at age 82. His Buddhist name was Shōgakuin Hōyo Ryōshin Koji. Burial site: same as above.
