一同十二申年三月親数拾年相勤私
儀も出精相勤候ニ付頭三宅半之丞願
之通御序ニ 御目見被 仰付之
旨被 仰出候事
一同年十二月出精諸生宜取立候ニ付為
御褒美銀子三枚被下置候事
一享和元酉年七月只今迄之御扶持方ニ而
御右筆御雇勤被 仰付年始
御着城御規式之節嫡子之席ニ而

但書学寮指南之儀ハ是迄之通相

一同年八月追鳥狩之節罷越筆役相勤候
但此後追鳥狩并合隊稽古之節毎
度罷出相勤騎馬狩とも被

現代語訳
一、同十二年（1800年）三月、親が数十年相勤め、私も出精して相勤めることに付き、頭の三宅半之丞の願いの通り、御序に御目見を仰せ付けられる旨を仰せ出された件
一、同年十二月、出精して諸生を良く取り立てることに付き、御褒美として銀子三枚を下し置かれた件
一、享和元年（1801年）七月、只今までの御扶持方にて御右筆御雇勤を仰せ付けられ、年始御着城御規式の節、嫡子の席にて御目見を仰せ付けられる旨を仰せ出された
但し、書学寮指南の儀は是まで通り相心得候様仰せ付けられた件
一、同年八月、追鳥狩の節に罢越し筆役を相勤めた
但し、此の後追鳥狩并びに合隊稽古の節、毎度罷出て相勤め、騎馬狩共を仰せ付けられた件
一、同年十二月、親が数十年相勤め、私も出精して相勤めることに付き、親の御擬作の内壱石を被減じ、拾四石三人扶持を下し置かれ、召し出されて御右筆を仰せ付けられた
英語訳
One: In the 3rd month of the same 12th year (1800), as his father had served for several decades and he himself had worked diligently, according to the petition of his superior Miyake Hannosuke, he was granted an audience with the lord at an appropriate occasion.
One: In the 12th month of the same year, for working diligently and training students well, he was rewarded with three pieces of silver.
One: In the 7th month of Kyōwa 1 (1801), while maintaining his current stipend, he was appointed to employed service as a secretary (o-yuhitsu), and it was announced that he would be granted an audience with the lord in the position of legitimate son during the New Year castle arrival ceremony.
However, he was ordered to continue his duties as instructor at the Shogakuryō as before.
One: In the 8th month of the same year, he went out during the bird hunting season and served as a scribe.
However, from this time forward, he was ordered to participate every time during bird hunting and combined military exercises, and was also appointed to mounted hunting duties.
One: In the 12th month of the same year, as his father had served for several decades and he himself had worked diligently, one koku was deducted from his father's temporary stipend, he was granted fourteen koku and a three-person stipend, summoned, and appointed as secretary (o-yuhitsu).
