を下し置かれた件
一、同年十一月、宇兵衛と改名したき旨を願い任せられた件
一、同十年（1813年）閏十一月、書学寮指南役兼務を仰せ付けられ、勤め方の儀は学授奉行の差配を得て相勤めるよう仰せ付けられた件
一、同十一年（1814年）十一月、精出して相勤め、かつ御右筆所の旧記取調べならびに認め方ともに精出して致したことに付き、御褒美として銀子五枚を下し置かれた件
一、同十二年（1815年）六月、御召し下しの御品が御溜まりにあることに付き、不時に思し召しを以って白御小袖壱ツを下し置かれた件
