育金備方之儀を始新堤普請之儀
共ニ出精宜取計候ニ付為御褒美銀子
壱枚被下置候事
一同年閏十一月此度御人減ニ付子弟
御雇勤被成御免嫡子一通ニ被
仰付是迄出精相勤候段被
仰出候
但右勤被成御免候ニ付而ハ夫々被
召仕候儀ニ候ヘハ文武之学寮出
席勝手次第被成置候且時節柄
地下方差支ニ相成候ニ付当皆済迄
是迄之通相勤候様被 仰付候
事
一同十二亥年六月御用所調方書物御
用相勤候様被 仰付候事
一同十三子年六月御用所書物御用
被 仰置候処御用相済候ニ付右勤
不及之旨被 仰出候事
一同年十二月御家世実記書写精出
宜相認候ニ付為御褒美銀子壱枚被
現代語訳
育金備方の件をはじめ新堤普請の件ともに出精よく取り計らったため、御褒美として銀子一枚を下賜されたこと
一、同年閏十一月、このたびの御人減により子弟御雇勤を御免となり、嫡子一通りに仰せ付けられ、これまで出精して相勤めた段を仰せ出されたこと
ただし右勤めを御免となったことについては、それぞれ召し使われる儀につき、文武の学寮出席は勝手次第に成し置かれ、また時節柄地下方に差し支えとなるため、当皆済まではこれまでの通り相勤めるよう仰せ付けられたこと
一、同十二年六月、御用所調方書物御用を相勤めるよう仰せ付けられたこと
一、同十三年六月、御用所書物御用を仰せ置かれたところ、御用が相済んだため右勤めは及ばない旨を仰せ出されたこと
一、同年十二月、御家世実記書写を精出してよく相認めたため、御褒美として銀子一枚を

For diligent handling of both the child-rearing fund preparation matters and the new embankment construction, awarded one silver coin as a reward
1. In the intercalary 11th month of the same year, due to personnel reduction, relieved of duties as employed retainer for children, appointed in the standard manner for legitimate sons, and commended for diligent service up to that point
However, regarding being relieved of the aforementioned duties, as each would be employed in various capacities, attendance at the literary and military academies was left to personal discretion, and given the current circumstances causing difficulties for local administration, ordered to continue serving as before until the current settlement period
1. In the 6th month of Bunka 12 (1815), appointed to serve in documentary research duties at the administrative office
1. In the 6th month of Bunka 13 (1816), having been assigned to documentary duties at the administrative office, as the duties were completed, announced that the said service was no longer required
1. In the 12th month of the same year, for diligently and excellently copying the "Record of Family Genealogies," awarded one silver coin as a reward
