《玉島下郡奈良村》病気の節に上聞に達した処、早速倅与五左衛門に御暇を下され、上京した節に油断なく養生すべき旨、御老中様方の御連名の御奉書を成し下されました《私宛にも御奉書等然り》

The third son Nahei Shigemasa became the adopted son of Ōtawara Yamashiro-no-kami Takakiyo in Yashū (Shimotsuke Province)
