儀ハ御調義物等始別而繁多之処精
出相勤候ニ付為御褒美金壱両被

一同四子年正月数年精出御省略
筋心を附宜相勤候ニ付御通之

別之訳を以御納戸附之儘還俗被
仰付且御次向蝋燭油炭省方取

別段に減少した廉も相見え、江戸表の儀については御調義物等をはじめとして特に繁多であったところ、精励して相勤めたことにより、御褒美として金一両を下賜された事
一、同四年正月、数年間精励して御省略筋に心を付けて宜しく相勤めたことにより、御通りの御目見を仰せ付けられた事
一、同五年十二月、精励して相勤めたことにより、格別の訳をもって御納戸附のまま還俗を仰せ付けられ、かつ御次向蝋燭油炭省方取り計り任役を仰せ付けられ、名を宇兵衛と改めた事
一、同月、大御納戸御蔵御道具以来、大御納戸御用とも御小納戸御用同様に相勤めるよう仰せ付けられた事
一、同六年正月、三田大御納戸御蔵へ大御納戸役不時御用にて御道具出入の節、出勤するよう仰せ付けられた事
