一同年十二月両務繫多之処精出
　御省略筋をも心を附相勤候ニ付
　格別之訳を以御役料金弐分へ壱両
　御添御加増ニ御直被下置候事
一享和二戌年十二月精出相勤御省
　略之筋細々心を附出精宜取計御
　入方不少致減少候ニ付格別之訳を以
　御切符金四両弐分を右切符九石御
　直被下置外ニ弐石役料被下置候事
一同三寅年十一月御用人所御省略任

一文化三寅年正月当務之儘諸筋御
　省略任役被　仰付是迄精出相勤候
　ニ付御近習二ノ寄合席被成下御納戸

　ニ付而ハ勤方之儀何れとなく諸
　役場へも致出席御入方減少之筋

現代語訳

一、同年十二月、両務繁多のところ精励して御省略筋にも心を付けて相勤めたことにより、格別の訳を以て御役料金二分へ一両を御添え御加増で御直に下賜された事

一、享和二戌年十二月、精励して相勤め、御省略の筋細々心を付け出精よろしく取り計らい、御入方を少なからず減少させたことにより、格別の訳を以て御切符金四両二分を右切符九石に御直に下賜され、外に二石役料を下賜された事

一、同三亥年十一月、御用人所御省略任役を仰せ付けられた事

一、文化三寅年正月、当務のまま諸筋御省略任役を仰せ付けられ、これまで精励して相勤めたことにより、御近習二の寄合席に成し下され、御納戸附御用はこれまでの通り相勤めるよう仰せ付けられた事

一、同月、諸筋御省略任役を仰せ付けられたことについては、勤方の儀いずれとなく諸役場へも出席し、御入方減少の筋を申し談じ、よろしく取り計らうよう仰せ出された事

1. In the 12th month of the same year, despite having numerous duties in both positions, due to his diligent work and attention to cost-saving measures, he was directly granted an exceptional addition of 1 ryō to his role salary of 2 bu of gold.

1. In the 12th month of Kyōwa 2, year of the Dog (1802), due to his diligent service, careful attention to various cost-saving measures with excellent management, and achieving considerable reduction in expenditures, he was exceptionally granted directly a stipend certificate of 4 ryō 2 bu of gold converted to a 9-koku certificate, plus an additional 2-koku role salary.

1. In the 11th month of Kyōwa 3, year of the Boar (1803), he was appointed to the cost-saving management position at the senior retainer's office.

1. In the 1st month of Bunka 3, year of the Tiger (1806), while continuing his current duties, he was appointed to the general cost-saving management position, and due to his diligent service thus far, he was granted the status of second-rank assembly seat among the close attendants, and was ordered to continue his storehouse attendant duties as before.

1. In the same month, regarding his appointment to the general cost-saving management position, he was ordered to attend various administrative offices as needed for his duties and to consult and properly manage matters related to expenditure reduction.
