をも相勤候ニ付為御褒美銀子
壱枚被下置候
但在勤中花葵御紋之御小袖壱
外御召古之品々御納戸払之毎度

法名善性院正心日徳葬所同上

現代語訳
一、同十三子年正月、蓮受院様の御年男を仰せ付けられた
ただし、この後一度相勤めた事
一、同年三月、この度の御大用により先祖から受け継いできた金子三百両を差し上げたことにより、別渡として御知行六十石を下賜される旨を仰せ出された事
一、文政元寅年三月、五ヶ年以来宿番をも相勤めたことにより、御褒美として銀子一枚を下賜された
ただし、在勤中には花葵御紋の御小袖一着の他、御召古の品々を御納戸払いとして毎度下賜された事
一、同年九月十六日、七十一歳にて病死
法名は善性院正心日徳、葬所は同上

英語訳
1. In the 1st month of Bunka 13, year of the Rat (1816), he was appointed as the New Year's representative for Lord Renjuin.
Note: He served in this capacity once thereafter.
1. In the 3rd month of the same year, due to a great financial need of the domain, he contributed 300 ryō of gold that had been passed down from his ancestors, and for this he was granted an additional stipend of 60 koku of rice.
1. In the 3rd month of Bunsei 1, year of the Tiger (1818), having served night guard duty for five years, he was granted 1 piece of silver as a reward.
Note: During his service, he was regularly given a kosode robe with the flower-hollyhock crest and various used garments from the lord's wardrobe as domain storehouse distributions.
1. On the 16th day of the 9th month of the same year, he died of illness at the age of 71.
His posthumous Buddhist name was Zenshōin Shōshin Nichitoku, buried in the same location as mentioned above.
Mingorō (Marginal note: Born on the 2nd day of the 6th month of An'ei 7, year of the Dog (1778), died of illness on the 2nd day of the 2nd month of Tenmei 7, year of the Sheep (1787) at age 10, posthumous Buddhist name Mingyō Dōji, buried in the same location as above)
