仰付置候処是迄之通仮役相勤
候様被 仰付候事
一同十四丑年正月御右筆定御雇
被 仰付五人扶持被下置候
但御書用向之儀ハ本務同様相勤
諸達之儀ハ御目付を以申出候様被

一同年四月不時之節御馬廻御兵器
役御留主之節

現代語訳
一、（御右筆仮役を）仰せ付け置かれたところ、これまでの通り仮役を相勤めるよう仰せ付けられた事
一、同十四丑年正月、御右筆定御雇いを仰せ付けられ、五人扶持を下し置かれた
但し、御書用向きの儀は本務同様に相勤め、諸達の儀は御目付を以て申し出るよう仰せ付けられた事
一、同年二月、本務ながら相勤め、御勤め掛かりの旧記取調べを仰せ付けられた事
一、同年四月、不時の節の御馬廻御兵器役御留守の節、御五神様の守護を仰せ付けられた事
一、同年九月、不時仮表備えの内、御家老附寄合勤めを仰せ付けられ、これにより御馬廻御兵器方勤めには及ばない旨を仰せ出された事
一、文政元寅年三月、只今までの御扶持方にて御右筆御雇い勤めを仰せ付けられ、御規式の節は御右筆の席にて御目見えを仰せ付けられる旨を仰せ出された事
英語訳
1. Having been appointed as acting scribe, he was ordered to continue serving as acting scribe as before.
1. In the 1st month of Bunka 14, year of the Ox (1817), he was appointed as regular hired scribe and granted a stipend of five persons' worth of rice.
However, he was ordered to handle clerical matters in the same way as regular duties, and to report various communications through the inspector (metsuke).
1. In the 2nd month of the same year, while continuing his regular duties, he was ordered to investigate and compile historical records related to his official responsibilities.
1. In the 4th month of the same year, during emergencies when the horse guard and weapons officer was absent, he was appointed to guard the Five Deities Shrine.
1. In the 9th month of the same year, he was appointed to serve as an attendant to the chief retainer within the emergency temporary front guard formation, and accordingly was informed that he need not serve in the horse guard weapons division.
1. In the 3rd month of Bunsei 1, year of the Tiger (1818), he was appointed to continue as hired scribe with the same stipend as before, and was informed that during formal ceremonies he would be granted audience in the scribes' seating area.
