一同年四月不時之節御家老附寄合

御五神様守被成御免候事

現代語訳
一、同年四月、不時の節の御家老附寄合組勤めならびに御五神様の守護を御免になられた事
一、同月、不時の節の芝御屋敷詰若年寄備組士勤めを仰せ付けられた事
一、同年六月、御内用の御書物を仰せ付けられた事
一、同年十一月、亡父の御擬作の内一人扶持を減らされ、十二石三人扶持を下し置かれ、召し出されて常詰御右筆を仰せ付けられ、一石の御役料を下され、只今まで下し置かれていた御扶持方は召し上げられる旨を仰せ出された
但し、別渡御知行六十石はこれまでの通り下し置かれた事
一、同二卯年四月、御在国中は大御納戸を兼ね相勤めるよう仰せ付けられた事

1. In the 4th month of the same year, he was relieved of his duties as attendant to the chief retainer group during emergencies and as guardian of the Five Deities Shrine.

1. In the 11th month of the same year, one person's stipend was reduced from his deceased father's fictitious retainer allowance, and he was granted twelve koku and three persons' stipend. He was summoned and appointed as regular scribe with a role stipend of one koku, while his previous stipend was revoked.
However, his separate fief grant of sixty koku continued to be granted as before.
