一、天正十二年（甲申年）八月、父が討死した際、その跡式（知行・役名ともに不詳）の相続をお命じいただいた。
一、慶長二十年（卯年）五月、大坂の役において、道義様のお供として出陣し、同志の者六人と申し合わせ、同月七日に討死した。法名は直入院殿単宗剣提居士。葬所は不詳。

His posthumous Buddhist name is Jūnyūin-dono Tansō Kentei Koji. Burial place unknown.
