一元和元子年親清右衛門討死之時跡式御知
行百石被下候処役名不詳候事

清右衛門光尚（初名：源二郎）
実父は作左衛門光武の次男
妻は小平式部左衛門信諸の娘
一、元和元年（子年）、父・清右衛門が討死した時、跡式として御知行百石を拝領した。ただし役名は不詳。
一、寛永十三年（子年）八月、最上への御入国の折、百石の御加増を拝領し、二百石高にしていただいた。
一、同十四年（丑年）、（月は不詳）、延沢御城定番をお命じいただいたが、息子・金三郎へ御知行二百石を拝領させ、山形にてご奉公をお命じいただけますよう、自分は金三郎の方から扶持を受け取り、延沢のご奉公を相勤めたい旨を願い出たところ、その願いの通りにお命じいただき、郎等（家来）を引き連れて越し、御番を相勤めた。
一、同十七年（辰年）七月、息子・金三郎が長らく病を患い、この度亡くなった。その金三郎の息子が十二歳になっており、彼（孫）に跡式の儀をお命じいただけますよう願いたく存じます。自分は従前の通り延沢に留まり、ご奉公申し上げたく候。ただ何分にも御差図次第でございます旨申し上げたところ、またもや右の御——（次頁へ続く）

One entry: In Genna 1 [Year of the Rat, 1615], when his father Seiemon was killed in battle, he received one hundred koku as succession to the family estate. However, the official post title is unknown.
One entry: In the eighth month of Kan'ei 13 [Year of the Rat, 1636], at the time of the lord's entry into Mogami [domain], he was granted an additional one hundred koku, bringing his total stipend to two hundred koku.
One entry: In the same [Kan'ei] 14th year [Year of the Ox, 1637], (month unknown), he was ordered to serve as a permanent garrison guard (jōban) at Nobesawa Castle. However, he petitioned that his son Kinzaburō be granted the stipend of two hundred koku and be ordered to serve in Yamagata, while he himself would receive his support (fuchi) from Kinzaburō and continue to serve the garrison at Nobesawa. His petition was granted as requested, and he moved [to Nobesawa] with his retainers and duly performed his guard duties.
One entry: In the seventh month of the same [Kan'ei] 17th year [Year of the Dragon, 1640], his son Kinzaburō, who had long been ill, passed away during this period. He submitted a petition stating: his grandson (Kinzaburō's son), who was twelve years of age, should, he humbly believed, be granted the succession to the family estate; and that he himself wished to remain at Nobesawa as before and continue in service, though he was entirely at the lord's disposal in this matter.
