One entry: In the seventh month of the same 5th year [Year of the Ram, 1715], he was appointed to the role of escort guard (o-tomo-ban). One entry: In the sixth month of Kyōhō 1st year [Year of the Monkey, 1716], he traveled up [to Edo] for duty as an escort attendant (kinban). One entry: In the fourth month of the same 2nd year [Year of the Rooster, 1717], he traveled up [to Edo] to return [with the lord] as a welcoming escort. One entry: In the same 5th year [Year of the Rat, 1720], he traveled up [to Edo] for duty as an escort attendant. One entry: In the same 7th year [Year of the Tiger, 1722], he was appointed as gate guard (o-to-ban). One entry: In the fourth month of the same 9th year [Year of the Dragon, 1724], he traveled up [to Edo] for duty as an escort attendant. One entry: In the seventh month of the same year, he received a formal gift of a ceremonial kamishimo (o-kamishimo) [from the lord]. One entry: In the fourth month of the same 11th year [Year of the Horse, 1726], he traveled up [to Edo] for duty as an escort attendant.   Note: He was appointed to arrange lodgings along the route (o-michi-naka o-yado-wari), and having carried out this duty satisfactorily, he was granted one piece of silver (ginshi ichimai). One entry: In the third month of the same 13th year [Year of the Monkey, 1728], he traveled up [to Edo] to return [with the lord] as an escort. One entry: On the twenty-seventh day of the tenth month of the same year, he died of illness at the age of forty-four. Having no male heir, his line was extinguished (danzetsu).
