現代語訳
一、同十一年（午年）五月（前頁より続く）、大納言様の御理髪の際、御老中様方の御招請の節、首尾よく相勤めたことにより、御酒を下し置かれた。
一、同十二年（未年）四月、江戸において御膳番仮役を仰せ付けられ、会津へ帰国した後も引き続き相勤めたことにより、労銀として銀一枚を下し置かれた。
一、同十三年（申年）三月、御供として江戸へ罷り登った際、御道中において御膳番仮役を仰せ付けられた。
一、同十四年（酉年）三月、御膳番仮役を仰せ付けられ、同月、御供として（会津へ）御下向の際も、会津においても右の仮役を相勤めた。
一、同年十月、片峰九八の跡屋敷を下し置かれた。
一、同年十一月、費金三両を下し置かれた。
一、同十六年（亥年）六月、江戸において御膳番仮役を仰せ付けられた。

One entry: In the fifth month of the same 11th year [Year of the Horse, 1726] — [continued from previous page] — on the occasion of the Great Counselor's (Dainagon-sama's) haircut ceremony, and the hosting of the Senior Councilors (Rōjū), he performed his duties admirably, and was granted sake as a reward.
One entry: In the fourth month of the same 12th year [Year of the Sheep, 1727], while in Edo, he was appointed as an acting dining attendant (o-zen-ban kari-yaku), and having continued to fulfill this role even after returning to Aizu, he was granted one piece of silver as a labor reward (rōgin).
One entry: In the third month of the same 13th year [Year of the Monkey, 1728], having traveled to Edo in attendance, he was appointed as acting dining attendant for the journey (o-dōchū o-zen-ban kari-yaku).
