一、元文二年（巳年）六月、並の御擬作に成し下され、御供番を仰せ付けられた。
一、同年九月、勤番として江戸へ罷り登った。
但し、陣中に不参なく相勤めたとして仰せ出された。
一、同四年（未年）四月、御入部につき帰国のため江戸へ罷り登った際、御道中の御供において達者に仕ったとして仰せ出された。
一、同五年（申年）十月、勤番として江戸へ罷り登った。
一、同六年（酉年）九月、御上京につき御供として罷り登った。
一、寛保二年（戌年）二月、願いの通り御供番を御免となり、外様組付を仰せ付けられ、日向三郎右衛門組へ入ったところ、病気につき小普請料を差し出したい旨、願いに任せられ、杉田五郎兵衛組へ組替えを仰せ付けられた。
一、延享四年（卯年）十月、頭の杉田五郎兵衛が病死につき、跡の御役として諏訪伊助組に罷り成った。
一、同五年（辰年）正月、願いの通り出勤を仰せ付けられ、御城御番を相勤めた。
一、宝暦四年（戌年）二月、三坂源右衛門の従弟・三坂大之進を婿養子にしたい旨、願いに任せられた。
一、同年八月、作左衛門と改名したい旨、願いに任せられた。

One entry: In the sixth month of the same 2nd year of Genbun [Year of the Snake, 1737], he was granted the standard stipend equivalent (nami no o-gisaku) and was appointed as an escort guard (o-tomo-ban).
One entry: In the ninth month of the same year, he traveled to Edo for garrison duty (kinban).
Note: It was officially recognized that he had served throughout the campaign without any absences.
One entry: In the fourth month of the same 4th year [Year of the Sheep, 1739], on the occasion of the lord's entry into the domain (o-nyūbu), he traveled to Edo to return [to Aizu in attendance], and it was officially recognized that he had performed his duties admirably as an escort during the journey.
One entry: In the tenth month of the same 5th year [Year of the Monkey, 1740], he traveled to Edo for garrison duty.
One entry: In the ninth month of the same 6th year [Year of the Rooster, 1741], he traveled to Kyoto as an escort on the occasion of the lord's visit to the capital.
One entry: In the second month of the 2nd year of Kanpō [Year of the Dog, 1742], as requested, he was relieved of his escort guard (o-tomo-ban) duties and was appointed to the tozama-gumi (outer guard unit), placed in the unit of Hinata Saburōemon. However, due to illness, he expressed his wish to contribute the ko-fushin-ryō (a payment in lieu of active service), and his request was granted; he was then reassigned to the unit of Sugita Gorōbei.
One entry: In the tenth month of the 4th year of Enkyō [Year of the Rabbit, 1747], the unit commander (kashira) Sugita Gorōbei died of illness, and he consequently came to be placed in the unit of Suwa Isuke as the successor unit assignment.
One entry: In the first month of the same 5th year [Year of the Dragon, 1748], as requested, he was ordered to return to active duty and served as a castle guard (o-shiro o-ban).
One entry: In the second month of the 4th year of Hōreki [Year of the Dog, 1754], his request to take in Misaka Daishinō, a cousin of Misaka Genemon, as a son-in-law and adopted son (muko-yōshi), was granted.
One entry: In the eighth month of the same year, his request to change his given name to Sakuzaemon was granted.
