一、（御城御番を懈怠なく相勤めた）段、仰せ出された。
一、同九年（卯年）七月、願いの通り御擬作を差し上げた。
一、安永元年（辰年）四月二十四日、六十五歳にて病死。法名は鉄玄宗樹居士。葬所は同上。

一、同十三年（未年）十二月、頭の諏訪伊助が辞役につき、跡の御役として沼沢九郎兵衛組に罷り成った。
一、明和五年（子年）九月、頭の沼沢権兵衛が辞役につき、跡の御役として一瀬内記組に罷り成った。
一、安永四年（未年）閏十二月、作左衛門と改名したい旨、願いに任せられた。

One entry: In the seventh month of the 9th year of Hōreki [Year of the Rabbit, 1759], five koku were deducted from his father's stipend equivalent (o-gisaku), and he was granted twenty koku and four-man rations (yo-nin-fuchi); he was summoned and appointed to the tozama-gumi (outer guard unit), and served as castle guard in the unit of Suwa Isuke.
One entry: In the twelfth month of the same 13th year [Year of the Sheep, 1763], the unit commander (kashira) Suwa Isuke retired from his post, and he consequently came to be placed in the unit of Numazawa Kurōbei as the successor unit assignment.
One entry: In the ninth month of the 5th year of Meiwa [Year of the Rat, 1768], the unit commander Numazawa Gonbei retired from his post, and he consequently came to be placed in the unit of Ichinose Naiki as the successor unit assignment.
