一同七戌年十二月頭一瀬内記御役替ニ付  跡御役西郷源蔵組ニ罷成候事 一天明元丑年八月三日五拾弐歳ニ而病死法  名儀鑑院信相体忠居士葬所同上 女 養子作左衛門光慶妻  母有賀氏女 女 有賀円治満信妻  母同上 勇助光重 《割書:初作太郎又常之進|宝暦五亥年誕生》  母祖父作左衛門光眤女  妻      小松五郎左衛門利政女離別         河上七太夫重向女同断         山本銀左衛門保教女 一天明元丑年九月亡父御擬作之内弐石壱人扶  持被減十八石三人扶持被下置外様組付  被 仰付西郷源蔵組ニ而 御城御番相

一、同七年(戌年)十二月、頭の一瀬内記が御役替えにつき、跡の御役として西郷源蔵組に罷り成った。 一、天明元年(丑年)八月三日、五十二歳にて病死。法名は儀鑑院信相体忠居士。葬所は同上。 女     養子作左衛門光慶の妻   母は有賀氏の女 女     有賀円治満信の妻   母は同上 勇助光重 《割書:初め作太郎、また常之進/宝暦五亥年誕生》   母は祖父作左衛門光眤の女   妻は小松五郎左衛門利政の女 離別       河上七太夫重向の女 同断       山本銀左衛門保教の女 一、天明元年(丑年)九月、亡父の御擬作のうち弐石壱人扶持を減じられ、十八石三人扶持を下し置かれ、外様組付として仰せ付けられ、西郷源蔵組にて御城御番を相(勤めた)

One entry: In the twelfth month of the same 7th year [Year of the Dog, 1778], the unit commander (kashira) Ichinose Naiki was reassigned to a different post, and he consequently came to be placed in the unit of Saigō Genzō as the successor unit assignment. One entry: On the third day of the eighth month of the 1st year of Tenmei [Year of the Ox, 1781], he died of illness at the age of fifty-two. His posthumous Buddhist name (hōmyō) was Gikanin Shinsō Taichu Koji. His place of burial is the same as above. Daughter: Wife of adopted son Sakuzaemon Mitsuyoshi.   Mother: Daughter of Ariga clan. Daughter: Wife of Ariga Enji Mitsunobu.   Mother: Same as above. Yūsuke Mitsushige 《Interlinear note: Formerly Sakutarō, also Tsunenoshin / Born in the 5th year of Hōreki [Year of the Boar, 1755]》   Mother: Daughter of grandfather Sakuzaemon Mitsuchika. One entry: In the ninth month of the 1st year of Tenmei [Year of the Ox, 1781], two koku and one-man rations were deducted from his late father's stipend equivalent (o-gisaku), and he was granted eighteen koku and three-man rations (san-nin-fuchi); he was appointed to the tozama-gumi (outer guard unit) and was assigned to serve as castle guard in the unit of Saigō Genzō, duly serving [in that role — text continues on next page].
