（前ページより続き）御用捨をもって御擬作を召し上げられ、御哀憐をもって秀之進の義、五人扶持を下し置かれ、組外の士に召し出された。勇助の義は手放し難く差し置かれる者につき、座の内縁（座敷の縁側）より決して出ぬよう、締まりを付けて入れ置くべき旨を仰せ付けられた。
但し、勇助の義は手放し難く差し置かれる者であるので、座の内縁より決して出る義が相成らぬよう念を入れ締まりを付けて入れ置くよう致すべきである。もっとも御預けの義は御免なされるので、なお心を付けるよう仰せ出された。この旨を同姓ならびに一類どもへ申し聞かすべき旨を、頭の日向三郎右衛門へ仰せ聞かされた。
一、文政二年卯年正月十三日、六十四歳にて病死。法名 本光院来応全心居士。葬所 同上。

[Continued from previous page] — by special clemency, the stipend (擬作) was confiscated, but out of compassionate consideration, Hidenoshin was granted a stipend of five persons' rations (gonin-buchi) and was summoned back as a retainer outside the regular unit (kumi-hazure no shi). As for Yūsuke, he was deemed a person too dangerous to be left unconfined; therefore, it was ordered that he be locked within the sitting room, with a secure fastening attached so that he could by no means pass beyond the inner veranda.
Note: As Yūsuke is a person too dangerous to be left unconfined, every precaution is to be taken to fasten the room securely so that he absolutely cannot pass beyond the inner veranda of the sitting room. However, as he is hereby released from formal custody (o-azuke), all parties are to continue to remain watchful and attentive — this was declared. This instruction was to be communicated to the clansmen and all relatives, and this order was conveyed to the unit commander Hinata Saburōemon.
One entry: On the 13th day of the 1st month of Bunsei 2 [1819], Year of the Hare, he died of illness at the age of sixty-four. Posthumous Buddhist name: Honkōin Raiō Zenshin Koji. Place of burial: same as above.
