一、同四巳年（1821）六月、御家老附一ノ寄合組を仰せ付けられ、三番組へ入った。
一、同六未年（1823）八月、合隊稽古のため大野原へ罷り出た。
一、同年十月、当合隊稽古の義、卯年（1819）以来追鳥狩を取り止め置かれ、その代わりに手軽な操練を仰せ付けられたところ、列伍の足並みよく、運用の次第滞りなき段、かねて心懸け稽古致し居った義と思し召される旨、組一同に仰せ出された。

[Continued from the previous page] ...he was relieved of his current duties, placed in a non-duty status (muyaku) while retaining his seat rank (mochiseki), was appointed to serve as a Goryūsubi (garrison guard) armored soldier (kōshi), and it was proclaimed that he had performed his duties diligently up to this point.
Item: In the sixth month of the same fourth year (1821, Year of the Snake), he was appointed to the Gokarō-tsuki Ichi-no-yoriaigumi (First-class Companion Group attached to the Senior Councilor), and entered the Third Company.
Item: In the eighth month of the same sixth year (1823, Year of the Sheep), he went out to Ōnohara for combined-unit training (gōtai keiko).
Item: In the tenth month of the same year, regarding the combined-unit training, it was proclaimed to all members of the company that, since the oidorigan (formal falconry hunt) had been suspended since the Year of the Rabbit (1819), light-style military drills (keiko) had been ordered in its place; and the fact that the formation (retsugo) marched in good order and operations proceeded without any hindrance was regarded as a reflection of their habitual and diligent practice.
