（前頁より続き）御預方役人も減員されるにつき、当務を御免となり、御家老附二寄合組を仰せ付けられた。これまで精を出して相勤めたにつき、御褒美として綿一把を下し置かれ、一番組へ入ることとなった。
一、同七卯年（1795）九月 追鳥狩に罷り出た。
ただし、この後、もう一度罷り出たことがある。
一、同十二申年（1800）十二月 願いの通り、御擬作を召し上げられた。
一、文化元子年（1804）十月五日 七十歳にて病死。法名、法輪院清誉道覚居士。葬所は同上（前記と同じ）。

(Continued from previous page) Because the staff of the administered lands (o-azukari-kata) was also to be reduced, he was relieved of his current duties and appointed to the Gorōjō-tsuki Nikai Yoriai-gumi [the second-rank assembly group attached to the senior councillors]. Because he had devoted himself diligently to his duties up to that point, he was awarded one bundle of cotton (wata hitotaba) as a reward, and was enrolled in the First Company (ichibangumi).
1. In the same 7th year, Year of the Rabbit (1795), ninth month: He participated in the falconry hunt (ōtorikari).
Note: After this occasion, he participated once more.
2. In the same 12th year, Year of the Monkey (1800), twelfth month: As requested, his honorary stipend allocation (go-gisaku) was confiscated/revoked.
3. In Bunka 1st year, Year of the Rat (1804), tenth month, fifth day: He died of illness at the age of seventy. Posthumous Buddhist name (hōmyō): Hōrin'in Seiyo Dōkaku Koji. Place of burial: same as previously noted.
