The above two certificates were submitted on the 7th day through the intermediation of Iguchi Sadaroku at the government office. We have requested that they be forwarded to the high official once the endorsement is completed.
We have petitioned Magistrate Shimizu-sama that the 20 bags of official duty rice be returned to Hokamochi village, and that allocation be made for the stipend rice for horse handlers. He has acknowledged our request.
