恐れながら口上書をもって願い上げる件について
溝口村の伝兵衛の息子共吉という者と内縁関係も
ございますので、厄介者として引き取りたく存じます。つきましては
お願い申し上げます。
右の趣旨について、ご慈悲をもってお願い申し上げる通りお命じ
いただけましたなら、ありがたい幸せに存じます。以上
