旦那ニ仕勢利町御宗門ニ差加永御当所
ニ住居為仕度奉存候依之奉願上候

【「伊沢岩右衛門殿」でよいと思います。この部分の書き方では、何と読むかの判断が出来ないくずし方ですが、このような時は、他の箇所や他の文書では、どんな表現をされているかを見るのが解読の１つの方法と言われているので、その通りにするとP６３に「殿」と読める表現がされている「くずし字用例辞典のP５６０上段２行目上から３文字目が近い崩し字です」ので、ここも文脈としては同じ表現の来るところですので、「殿」と読まれるのがよいところに思います。】

右の願書は末尾の署名・印形を例の通りにして、同月五日に御役所にて伊沢岩右衛門殿のお取り次ぎで提出いたしました。同月十三日に御城にて伊沢岩右衛門殿のお取り次ぎで許可をいただきましたので、丁代の勘蔵を呼んでお達しいたしました。

恐れながら口上書をもってお願い申し上げます件
一、《訂正跡：羽倉外記様→千村平右衛門様》の御支配所である下伊那郡鹿塩村の兼蔵と申します者が、数年間当地に住居しており候ところ、縁故がございまして信頼できる者でございますので、この度満光寺の檀家とし、勢利町の御宗門に加えていただき、永続して当地に住居させていただきたく存じます。よってお願い申し上げます。
以上の件につきまして、御慈悲をもって願い上げました通りにお認めいただけましたら、ありがたい次第と存じます。以上

As he has family connections and is a trustworthy person, we would like him to become a parishioner of Mankōji Temple, be added to the religious registry of Seri-chō, and permanently reside in our locality. Therefore, we humbly petition for this.
