「日交暈一重在耳主天下兵起非一所作乱者也 半年即見る」
万治元年、芝町に居住していた浪人の宿札に「法釈迦武勇武芸我也天上天下唯我独尊日本武僧山内次藤武休一楽居士宿」とあった。
右は山内武休という者の大浪人宿札の義について御詮議があった由。
同年八月、大村因幡守殿の知行所にて切支丹の者六百三人が召し捕られ、長島にて死罪、外三百人は村々御預けとなる。
同年十二月五日、伊勢内宮が炎上し、末社とも残らず焼失した。
同年、新銭ができたが、この節水戸御領分青柳村の五郎左衛門という者が似銭を作って召し捕られた。その外町にて八人が召し捕られた。
同年、駿河宝台院の御修復があった。

In Manji 1, a rōnin residing in Shiba-chō had a lodging placard reading: "Dharma Shakyamuni, martial prowess and martial arts are mine. In heaven above and earth below, I alone am honored. Japanese warrior-monk Yamauchi Jitō Bukyū Ichiraku Koji's lodging."
This concerns an investigation into the lodging placard of the great rōnin named Yamauchi Bukyū.
Same year, 8th month: At Lord Ōmura Inaba-no-kami's domain, 603 Christians were arrested, executed at Nagashima, and an additional 300 were placed under village custody.
