御嫡三河守殿は水野美作守殿へ御預奉書文言右同様略之
三河守殿は御預之処乱心被致家来三人附添之者共も乱心いたし候由

松平隠岐守殿 稲葉美濃守 板倉内膳正 大久保加賀守
御嫡子三河守殿は水野美作守殿へ御預け。奉書の文言は右同様につき省略する。
三河守殿は御預けのところ乱心し、家来三人と付き添いの者共も乱心したという。
越後守殿は一万俵、三河守殿は三千俵を付けられた。右騒動は酒井雅楽頭殿が
御取り持ちされた由で、閉門を仰せ付けられ、一家衆は逼塞・遠慮等があった。右同様の儀につき
大御目付渡部大隅守殿は遠島を仰せ付けられた。

The heir Lord Mikawa-no-kami was placed under the custody of Lord Mizuno Mimasaku-no-kami. The wording of the official document is the same as above, so it is omitted.
Lord Mikawa-no-kami, while under custody, went mad, and three retainers and their attendants also went mad.
Lord Echigo-no-kami was granted 10,000 hyō, and Lord Mikawa-no-kami 3,000 hyō. This disturbance was mediated by Lord Sakai Utanokamino-kami, who was ordered into house confinement, and his family members faced house arrest and self-restraint. For similar matters,
Ō-metsuke Watanabe Ōsumi-no-kami was ordered into exile to a remote island.

○ 12th month, 13th day of the same year (Year of the Rooster): Fire at Ise Inner Shrine. Fire broke out from the main sanctuary ridge, burning both treasure halls and two subsidiary shrines.
○ Same year: Lord Sanada Iga-no-kami was ordered placed under custody. Regarding Iga-no-kami, he recently conducted improper business concerning timber for Ryōgoku Bridge, and moreover his daily personal conduct was poor, and the governance of his retainers and domain was bad, which reached the Shogun's ears.
This was deemed repeatedly improper, and therefore his domain was confiscated and he was placed under the custody of Okudaira Kojirō. Due to Lord Iga-no-kami's punishment,
Sanada Danjō was placed under the custody of Asano Takumi-no-kami.
○ 10th month of the same year: [Thieves] broke through the roof of the Asakusa granary and stole 2,580 ryō in gold, abandoned 1,600 ryō along with the boxes by the sandbar of Asakusa River, and escaped with the remainder.
1. Tenna 2 (Year of the Dog): A farmer named Gorōzaemon from Imaizumi Village in Suruga Province - his supreme filial piety reached the Shogun's ears, and he was granted 90 koku in perpetuity.
