 中存知之者ニて御詮議之上達 上聞候然共御城内へ罷出候儀御制法相  背候ニ付松平修理亮殿へ御預筋目有之者ニ付廿人扶持被下信州ニ  有之妻子御構無之旨被仰渡候 〽同年正月節分之夜春日社石灯籠卅六本倒ル内卅弐本御当家之  御建立也と云又元朝御供所之水鉢ニて鹿一疋御【「疋御」の右に書込み「落字か」】供調進之川水乾と云 〽同年八月八幡豊蔵坊護摩堂ゟ六日丑ノ刻出火豊蔵坊寺中不残  其外中ノ坊松ノ坊多門坊菊ノ坊類焼本社無別条 〽同年六月桑山美作守殿右は先頃上野ニて之様子不届ニ付領知被  召上牧野駿河守殿へ御預也 〽同年松平大和守殿閉門之上領知被召上豊後日向ニて七万石被下所替被仰付  右越後家中騒動取扱不宜ニ付如此松平上野介殿同様ニ付半知被召上一万石 被下 〽同年被仰出 覚   献上之呉服伊達染紋島純子繻珍可為無用向後は男向之呉服可被  右は当春?之呉服ゟ可被相改事            差上事 〽同年本多出雲守殿同越前守殿両人家中領知仕置悪敷其上国廻り  之節も仕方不届之儀有之ニ付領知被召上所替一万石宛被下候旨 〽天和元年十月当今一之宮《割書:御年|十三》小倉大納言殿息女御腹也仁和寺御弟子ニ  可被成御内意之処御出家御心ニ不叶御猶予ニ付 勅使河野宰相殿及  三度親王猶御得心無之小倉殿ニも諫言雖被申上無御合点逆鱗有  九月十二日重勅使転法輪殿甘露寺殿禁裡附武士共召具小倉殿え  参向親王可相渡旨勅定有之武士警固飛鳥井殿隠居屋敷へ親王  奉移小倉殿父子三人外公家衆四五人閉門被仰付候也 【天和元年の上に書込み】 《割書:乗邨按ニ|此条以下|天和三年|之処マテ|錯乱シテ|見ユ綴ニ|及テ錯|乱有シヲ|其侭ニ伝|写したる物|成へし》

現代語訳

中を存じ知っている者であったため、御詮議の上で上聞に達した。しかしながら御城内へ出てきた儀は御制法に 背く事につき、松平修理亮殿へ御預け。筋目のある者につき二十人扶持を下され、信州に ある妻子については御構い無しの旨を仰せ渡された。 ○同年正月節分の夜 春日社石灯籠三十六本倒れる。内三十二本は御当家の 御建立であるという。また元朝御供所の水鉢にて鹿一匹が御供を調進の川水が枯れたという。 ○同年八月 八幡豊蔵坊護摩堂より六日丑の刻出火。豊蔵坊寺中残らず、 その外中の坊・松の坊・多門坊・菊の坊類焼。本社は無事。 ○同年六月 桑山美作守殿。右は先頃上野にての様子が不届きにつき領知を 召し上げられ、牧野駿河守殿へ御預けとなった。 ○同年 松平大和守殿閉門の上領知を召し上げられ、豊後・日向にて七万石を下され所替えを仰せ付けられた。 右は越後家中騒動の取り扱いが良くないにつき、このように。松平上野介殿も同様につき半知を召し上げられ一万石を 下された。 ○同年仰せ出され 覚   献上の呉服、伊達染・紋島・純子・繻珍は無用とすべし。向後は男向きの呉服を  右は当春からの呉服より改められるべき事            差し上げる事 ○同年 本多出雲守殿・同越前守殿両人、家中領知の仕置きが悪しく、その上国廻りの 節も仕方不届きの儀があったにつき、領知を召し上げられ所替え、一万石ずつ下された旨 ○天和元年十月 当今一の宮(御年十三)小倉大納言殿息女の御腹なり。仁和寺御弟子に 成られるべき御内意のところ、御出家が御心に叶わず御猶予につき、勅使河野宰相殿が 三度に及ぶも親王なお御得心無く、小倉殿にも諫言申し上げられるも御合点無く逆鱗があった。 九月十二日重ねて勅使転法輪殿・甘露寺殿、禁裏付き武士共を召し具し小倉殿へ 参向、親王を相渡すべき旨勅定があった。武士警固にて飛鳥井殿隠居屋敷へ親王を 移し奉り、小倉殿父子三人、外公家衆四五人閉門を仰せ付けられた。 【天和元年の上に書き込み】 《乗邨按に|この条以下|天和三年|のところまで|錯乱して|見ゆ。綴に|及んで錯|乱有りしを|そのままに伝|写したる物|なるべし》

He was someone who knew the inside details, so after investigation it reached the Shogun's ears. However, since his entry into the castle grounds violated the regulations, he was placed under the custody of Lord Matsudaira Shuri-no-suke. Being a person of good lineage, he was granted a stipend of twenty men, and it was declared that his wife and children in Shinano Province would not be subject to punishment. ○ Same year, night of setsubun in the 1st month: Thirty-six stone lanterns at Kasuga Shrine fell down. Thirty-two of them were said to be erected by our house. Also, at the New Year offering place, a deer [fell into?] the water basin, and the river water for preparing offerings dried up. ○ Same year, 8th month: Fire broke out from the Goma Hall of Hachiman Hōzōbō at the hour of the Ox on the 6th day. All of Hōzōbō temple complex burned, as well as Naka-no-bō, Matsu-no-bō, Tamon-bō, and Kiku-no-bō. The main shrine was unharmed. ○ Same year, 6th month: Lord Kuwayama Mimasaku-no-kami. Due to his recent improper conduct in Kōzuke, his domain was confiscated and he was placed under the custody of Lord Makino Suruga-no-kami. ○ Same year: Lord Matsudaira Yamato-no-kami was placed under house arrest, his domain confiscated, granted 70,000 koku in Bungo and Hyūga, and ordered to relocate. This was due to poor handling of the Echigo domain disturbance. Henceforth, men's clothing shall be  This is to be reformed starting from this spring's clothing            submitted ○ Same year: Lords Honda Izumo-no-kami and Honda Echizen-no-kami - both had poor administration of their retainers and domains, and moreover had improper conduct during their provincial tours, so their domains were confiscated, they were relocated, and each granted 10,000 koku. ○ Tenna 1, 10th month: The current First Prince (age 13), son of a daughter of Lord Ogura Dainagon. There was imperial intention for him to become a disciple at Ninnaji Temple, but the prince was unwilling to take Buddhist vows, so it was postponed. Imperial messenger Lord Kōno Saisho came three times, but the prince still would not consent. Even when Lord Ogura remonstrated, he would not agree, causing imperial anger. On 9th month, 12th day, imperial messengers Lord Tenpōrin and Lord Kanroji came again, accompanied by palace guard warriors, to Lord Ogura to demand the prince be handed over by imperial decree. Under warrior guard, the prince was moved to Lord Asukai's retirement residence, and Lord Ogura and his two sons, plus four or five other court nobles, were ordered into house confinement.
