○同月、永田藤兵衛（御広敷番）と辻半右衛門（御貝役）両人が松平越前守殿の
浜町屋敷前にて、半右衛門の御番帰りを藤兵衛が待ち受け、半右衛門を切り殺して立ち去ろうとした
ところを、半右衛門の草履取りが追いかけて藤兵衛を討ち取った。
○同月に仰せ出されたお触れ
一、金紗 一、縫 一、総鹿子 右の品は今後女の衣服として
制禁する。すべて珍しい織物・染め物の新しい仕出しは無用とする。小袖の表地で
一反につき二百両より高価なものの売買は行ってはならない。 正月

一、祭礼・法事はますます軽く執り行うこと。すべて寺社・山伏の法衣・装束など万般軽くすべきこと
一、町人の舞々・猿楽は、たとえ御扶持人であっても今後刀を差してはならないこと
一、百姓・町人の衣服は絹・紬・麻布のうちから分限に応じて妻子とも着用すること
一、舞々・猿楽も右と同じ。ただし役儀を勤める分については熨斗目は苦しからざること
一、すべて下女・老女は布など綿を着るべし。帯も同様
右の趣旨を書付で出仕の諸大名衆へ大目付衆が申し伝えた。
○同年三月（この両人は御預かりのところ、先年御赦免となり当時武州にいる）（高力伊予守殿、同右衛門殿）
親左近の件は先年不届きのため御預かりを仰せ付けられたが、倅どもは知らぬことなので、今度春宮・
中宮宣下につき両人が召し出された旨を、阿部豊後守殿宅において高力左京亮殿へ仰せ渡された。
○同月（観世新九郎、同権九郎）右の者どもを甲斐庄飛騨守殿へ召し寄せられ、追放を
仰せ付けられた。お咎めは三月二十二日に二の丸でのお能の際、道成寺を権九郎が仰せ付けられた。その節新九郎は

○Same month: Nagata Tōbei (palace guard) and Tsuji Hanemon (shell official) - both men were at the front of Lord Matsudaira Echizen-no-kami's
Hama-chō residence, where Tōbei waited for Hanemon returning from guard duty, killed Hanemon and tried to flee,
but Hanemon's sandal-bearer chased after and killed Tōbei.

1. Gold gauze, embroidery, and overall tie-dye patterns - these items are henceforth

1. Farmers and townspeople's clothing should be silk, pongee, or hemp cloth according to their means, for wives and children as well
