一 献上物が領分に参ったため、毛類を一年一度程度、数少々差し上げるべきである。【徳川実記第四編二百四十五頁二月二十六日に「毛類」は「鳥類」と記載】
その節はいずれへも一通り遣わすべきである。献上が無い時は無用のこと。
一 生き魚の類、貝類の献上は無用のこと。付け加えて仲間へも無用である。
右は戸田山城守宅にて相渡された。卯二月
○同年、諸国鉄砲改めを仰せ付けられた。
○同年、紀州熊野浦に唐船一艘が吹き付けられた。十六反帆の舟にただ三人乗っていた。殊の外飢えた様子で物も得ることができず、いずれも坊主である。船中に仏具、弓鉄砲があり、切支丹類と見え、長崎表へ御送りがあった。

津軽越中守殿、増山兵部少輔殿、平野丹波守殿、那須与市殿、何れも戸田山城守殿宅へ召し呼ばれ、高木伊勢守殿、松山宇左衛門殿、佐藤宇右衛門殿が列座し仰せ渡された。那須遠江守に実子があるところ、その段を存じながら与市を養子に遣わしたことを不届きと思し召し、これにより領知を召し上げられた。越中守は閉門を仰せ付けられた。

○同年九月十七日、御納戸御請所にて御召しの御服に血が付いているのがあり、御納戸衆は閉門を仰せ付けられた。未だ御免が無い内の十月十七日、右の御清所へ猫が鼠をくわえて来て、御座敷所の御道具等にも血が付いたため、御清所を毀して建て直したところ、十一月十七日、御広敷添番金田吉大夫が右の処にて頓死した。三ヶ月十七日、右の所にて穢れが

On such occasions, they should be distributed to all appropriate parties. When there are no tribute items, this is unnecessary.

The above was transmitted at the residence of Toda Yamashiro-no-kami. 2nd month of the Rabbit year.
○Same year: Firearm inspections were ordered throughout the provinces.
○Same year: A Chinese ship was blown ashore at Kumano Bay in Kishū. Only three people were aboard the sixteen-sail vessel. They appeared extremely famished and unable to obtain food, and all were Buddhist monks. The ship contained Buddhist implements, bows, and firearms, and appeared to be Christian-related, so they were sent to Nagasaki.
○Same year <<annotation: under custody |>> Nasu Yoichi's biological father, Tsugaru Etchū-no-kami, was placed under custody and his domain was confiscated.
Tsugaru Etchū-no-kami, Masuyama Hyōbu-shōyū, Hirano Tanba-no-kami, and Nasu Yoichi were all summoned to the residence of Toda Yamashiro-no-kami, where the decree was announced in the presence of Takagi Ise-no-kami, Matsuyama Usaemon, and Satō Uemon. Although Nasu Tōtōmi-no-kami had a biological son, he knowingly sent Yoichi as an adopted son, which was deemed improper conduct, and therefore his domain was confiscated. Etchū-no-kami was ordered into house confinement.

This concerns Fukuhara Zusho, the biological son of Tōtōmi-no-kami by his wife, who was recently brought to Enshū's domain residence. Since Zusho's mother submitted a petition to the Nikkō Gate Master, after deliberation, the above punishment was decreed.
○Same year: Regarding Noto-no-kami, the adopted son of Matsudaira Inaba-no-kami, his biological father Matsudaira Ise-no-kami reported Noto-no-kami's misconduct, and based on reports from both parties, he was returned to his biological father's custody.
○Same year, 9th month, 17th day: Blood was found on ceremonial robes in the御納戸 receiving chamber, and the 御納戸 officials were ordered into house confinement.
