あったため、特別に御清めがあり、希代のことと言う。
一 生類憐みの事 貞享の初めより仰せ出され、同四年卯に覚
生類憐みの義、最前に書付を以て仰せ出されたところ、今度武州寺尾村、同国代場村の者が病馬を捨てたのは不届きの至りである。死罪にも仰せ付けられるべきであるが、今度は先ず命を助け流罪を仰せ付ける。向後背く者については急度仰せ付けられる。御料は御代官、私領は地頭より前方に仰せ出された趣を、いよいよ堅く相守るよう入念に申すべき付である。 卯四月
