右の科人があった場合、詮議を遂げて一領一家中までで他に障害がない場合は、向後伺いを立てる必要はなく、江戸の御仕置に準じて自分で仕置を申し付けるべきである。ただし他所に入り組んでいる場合は月番老中まで伺うべきである。遠島を申し付けるべき科で領内に島がない場合は永牢、あるいは親類縁者等に厳重に預け置くべきである。また生類憐れみの義については、兼々仰せ出されている通り、いよいよ堅く相守り念入りに申し付けるべきものである。丑六月【書き込み】《寅年か》

For crimes warranting exile to distant islands, if there are no islands within the domain, permanent imprisonment or strict custody by relatives should be implemented.
