取り計らうべきところ、養家に対しても不実な次第で、あれこれと重々不届きな件について、厳重な御仕置きも仰せ付けられるべきですが、累代の勤功もあることなので、なお御憐れみをもって御沙汰され、知行は残らず召し上げられ、末家の伊奈平十郎の惣領伊奈小三郎へ新規に千石を下され、家相続するよう仰せ付けられました。もっとも小三郎は養子の沙汰ではありませんので、そなたは実家の板倉周防守方に蟄居いたし、罷り在るべき者です。
右の件、今晩評定所において大目付松浦越前が申し渡し、町奉行池田筑後守、御目付矢部彦五郎が立ち合いました。
