愿影院様の御器揃い、御色直しの御小袖、御召し初めの御祝儀として金二百疋を下し置かれた事
一 同年十月、御前において御紋の御小袖を下し置かれた事
一 同十五戌年五月、願いの通り御役を免じられ、内願の通り直ちに隠居を仰せ付けられた。御部屋住みより六十年間宜しく相勤めたことにつき、御褒美として銀子五枚を下し置かれ、折々に徳翁様、土常様の御機嫌を伺うため参上するよう仰せ出された事
一 同十七子年閏五月二十三日、八十二歳にて病死。法名は幽説寿閑居士。葬所は金剛山恵倫寺
