現代語訳
一 明和七寅年（1770年）七月、親の願い通り初回の御目見えを仰せ付けられた事
一 同年九月、跡式知行百五十石を相違なく下し置かれ、外様組付を仰せ付けられ、日向三郎右衛門組へ入り、御城番を勤めることとなった事
一 安永九子年（1780年）二月、養父郷右衛門の実子丹治を嫡子にしたい旨を願い出て許可された事
一 寛政二戌年（1790年）閏六月、御家老組一番組へ組替えを仰せ付けられた事
一 同四子年（1792年）三月、追鳥狩りの際に参加し、獲物を拝領した事
一 同月、この度の追鳥狩りの手始めの際に精を出したと見受けられ、隊々がよく揃っており、組士の義については右のお達し以前に足並み稽古などもあったはずもなく、もっとも日数もない義であるのに、よく揃った様子を御覧になられた旨、相組一同へ御褒美を成し下された事
一 同年十二月、願い通り倅（息子）丹治に御番代を仰せ付けられた事
一 文化五辰年（1808年）十一月、願い通り隠居を仰せ付けられた
