現代語訳
一 同年十二月、精出して相勤めたことにより、一石一人扶持の御役料を下し置かれたこと
一 同七未年十月、御家老中の御用分を仰せ付けられ、武備方並びに御普請方の御用掛かりとして相勤めるよう仰せ付けられたこと
一 同年十二月、年中繁多に相勤めたことにより、年々金二両ずつを下し置かれたこと
一 同八申年十二月、精出して相勤め、掛かりの御用の儀については別して勤労したことにより、今までの御役料一石一人扶持を御加増として御直々に下し置かれたこと
一 寛政二戌年四月、御参勤の御供として勤番のため罷り登り、同十月に罷り下る筈のところ、病気につき願いの上、同九月に罷り下った
ただし、御供御用の御道中において共に精出して滞りなく相勤めた段を仰せ出されたこと
一 同年十一月、当勤番中に精出して相勤めたことにより、御褒美として銀子二枚を下し置かれた旨を仰せ出されたこと
一 同四子年正月、年末まで精出して宜しく相勤めて六年

• In the twelfth month of the same year, for his diligent service, he was granted an official stipend of one koku with support for one person.
• In the tenth month of the same seventh sheep year, he was assigned duties under the senior retainers and ordered to serve as an administrator for military preparations and construction projects.
• In the twelfth month of the same year, for his busy service throughout the year, he was granted two ryō of gold annually.
• In the twelfth month of the same eighth monkey year, for his diligent service and particularly laborious work on assigned duties, his previous official stipend of one koku with support for one person was directly increased by the lord.
• In the fourth month of Kansei 2 (dog year), he went up to serve guard duty as an attendant for the pilgrimage to Edo and was scheduled to return in the tenth month of the same year, but due to illness, he petitioned and returned in the ninth month of the same year.
However, his diligent and uninterrupted service during the official journey as an attendant was formally commended.
• In the eleventh month of the same year, for his diligent service during his current guard duty assignment, he was formally notified that he would be granted two pieces of silver as a reward.
