之義在之御知行被 召上候に付小番被

現代語訳
御取持の御方様の御給仕を相勤めることに付き、上下
時服を下し置かれ、翌丑年三月に下向した事
一 同三年寅年十一月、兄弥次兵衛の不調法の
義があり、御知行を召し上げられたことに付き、小番を
召し上げられ、遠慮を仰せ付けられた
但し、その後帰役を仰せ付けられた様子が見えるが、
その証拠は不詳である事
一 元禄元年辰年三月、勤番として江戸表へ
参上したところ、御入部なされたことに付き、御留守
中の御客様方の御用を仰せ付けられ、同九月に
下向した事
一 同六年酉年九月、勤番として江戸表へ参上し、
翌戌年三月に下向した事
一 同年四月、十石一人扶持の御加増を下し
置かれ、御供番を仰せ付けられた事
一 同八年亥年九月、勤番として江戸表へ参上した
ところ、御拝領の御能の御覧をなされたことに付き、
御老中様方の御招請をなされたことに付き、御給
仕を仰せ付けられ、熨斗目小袖上下を下し置かれ、
翌子年三月に下向した事

Served the intermediary lord's personal attendant, and for this was granted
ceremonial court dress and seasonal clothing, and went down in the 3rd month of the following ox year
1. Same 3rd year, year of the tiger, 11th month, due to some misconduct by
his elder brother Yajibei, his stipend was confiscated, and accordingly his position as minor guard was
revoked and he was ordered to exercise restraint
However, it appears he was later reinstated to his position,
but the evidence for this is unclear
1. Genroku 1, year of the dragon, 3rd month, when going up to Edo
for guard duty, since [the lord] entered his domain, he was assigned
to attend to various guests during [the lord's] absence, and went
down in the 9th month of the same year
1. Same 6th year, year of the rooster, 9th month, went up to Edo for guard duty,
and went down in the 3rd month of the following dog year
1. Same year, 4th month, was granted an increase of 10 koku and support for 1 retainer,
and was appointed as an attendant guard
1. Same 8th year, year of the boar, 9th month, when going up to Edo for guard duty,
since [the lord] viewed a bestowed Noh performance,
and the senior councilors extended invitations for this, he was appointed
to serve as attendant and was granted noshime kosode court dress,
and went down in the 3rd month of the following rat year
