現代語訳
一 享保元年申年九月、山本左兵衛と同じ金吾の上屋敷への御振替を下し置かれた事
一 同年十二月、御目付を仰せ付けられ、役料として五十石を下し置かれ、後任が仰せ付けられるまでは、これまで通り御代官を相勤めるよう仰せ付けられた事
一 同二年酉年十月、勤番のため江戸表へ登り、翌戌年四月に下った事
一 同三年戌年三月、安部井弥五郎の上屋敷との御取替を下し置かれる旨、勤番中につき倅の丹治へ仰せ渡された事
一 同四年亥年六月、願いの通り御役を御免になり、外様組付を仰せ付けられ、一瀬甚右衛門組へ入り、御城御番を相勤めた事
一 同五年子年正月、御関所切手役を仰せ付けられた事
