一 同九年子年（月は詳細不明）、御代官兼務を免じて下さるよう願い申し上げたところ、しばらく相勤めるよう仰せ付けられた件
一 同十一年寅年三月、願いの通り御代官兼務を免じられた件
一 同十四年巳年十月、勤番のため江戸表へ上り、一陣を相勤めて下った
ただしこの後も一陣を相勤めた件

一 同十三年辰年十二月、伊右衛門と改名したい旨、願いを許可された件
一 宝永四年亥年十一月、久世大和守様の家来遠藤小右衛門の二男造酒を養子にしたい旨、願いを許可された件
